You can send your applications for Registrations/Transfers etc by post together with the relevant payment by cheque payable to MNCF. Please add €2.00 for return postage. When paying by cheque please add an additional €1.00 bank charge. Payments can also be done by Revolut or BOV Mobile Payment to 99471413.
Postal Orders are not accepted.
DO NOT send by registered post as there is no one at the office during the morning to sign for registered post and subsequently your mail be returned to you undelivered.
Forms received by post are usually processed within 2 days and sent back by post to the applicant.

There are two versions of each form, one used if you prefer to fill the fields by pen. Choose the other form (computer fillable) if you wish to type directly on the form. (These cannot be saved, Print them once you fill in the requested fields on the form. Get them signed)

Sending the forms and payment by post?
If sending the forms and payment by post, please DO NOT send by registered post as there will be nobody at the offices during day time to sign for registered mail, and these will eventually be returned to sender undelivered. Also, please note that we DO NOT accept postal orders as payments. Cheques should be made payable to MNCF.
May we remind that according to Legal Notice 199 of 2011, paragraph 10 (3)
No person shall:
(a) mate a bitch which is less than twelve (12) months old;
(b) whelp more than six (6) litters from the same bitch;
(c) whelp two litters within a period of twelve (12) months from the same bitch;
(d) sell a puppy before it is at least eight weeks old.
Therefore, the Federation will not be registering puppies which infringes the above mentioned Regulations. Also, the Federation will not register puppies whelped by bitches of 7 years or over at date of whelping, and of puppies or dogs whelped from siblings (sire and dam being litter brother and sister).
